You will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions once your registration has been processed.
Pass/fail grading system: Any student that fulfills the course requirements will receive a pass grade for the course and will be credit in that course. Any student not fulfilling all requirements of any given course will receive a fail grade for the course and will not receive credit until all requirements are fulfilled according to the make-up policy.
Verification of attendance: Each student must sign-in at the beginning of any class and show ID at this time. Instructors monitor attendance during classes by doing random head counts and observing students. After lunch breaks and other longer breaks, students are required to sign-in again. Student attendance records will be maintained for a minimum of 6 years.
Tuition refund: Any student canceling 24 hours prior to the start of the class will receive a full refund. Students who cancel the day of class or do not attend will not be eligible for a refund. Tuition for classes canceled by Professional Learning Network will be refunded to the students.
Make-up policy: Attendance at all sessions is REQUIRED. Missed classes or any missed portion of a session must be made up in order to be eligible for credit. Missed sessions can be made up by attending the same session in an equivalent class offered in the same calendar year.
Certificate distribution: Photo identification is required at the beginning of the course. Certificates are distributed upon verification of completion via email.
Student content: Students dismissed from the class for inappropriate/disruptive behavior, at the discretion of the instructor, will not receive a refund or credit. Students dismissed will have to retake an entire class to receive credit.
Course materials: All materials/tools needed for any PLN course will be provided by PLN.
